Benefits of DUST/BLOKR®?

How does it work?

MIXING

DUST/BLOKR® is mixed with water and the water truck is filled with the DUST/BLOKR® mixture. A two-inch pump will be required, or PTO on water truck to pump DUST/BLOKR® into water truck.

SPRAYING

DUST/BLOKR® mixture can be sprayed onto the desired area of roadway, making multiple passes to cover entire roadway.

PENETRATES TO SOIL

Water truck must travel at a slower speed to ensure the DUST/BLOKR® mixture penetrates the loosened material.

CREATES A FILM / COATING

Pneumatic Rubber Tire Compactor can be utilized for the compaction. Over time and further evaporation the solution becomes firm and hardens.

DUST/BLOKR® mixture is also possible to mix with the road material or soil. Optimal results are achieved with a mix-in-process into the top 5-7,5 cm, but can be applied topically.
